The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Managing and operating the Coin system (granting, consuming, and managing Coin balance)
  • Delivering advertisements and granting rewards for viewing reward advertisements

  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent Coin acquisition and advertisement viewing manipulation

3. Provision of Information to Third Parties

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

3.5 Provision of Information to Advertisement Delivery Services

The Company provides the minimum necessary information to the following third-party services for advertisement delivery in the Service:

This service may acquire device ID, advertisement viewing history, and other technical information for the purpose of displaying, delivering, and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements. The handling of information by this service is subject to Google AdMob's Privacy Policy.

Important: Viewing advertisements is optional for users, and you may choose not to view advertisements. If you do not view advertisements, you cannot acquire Coins through advertisement viewing rewards, but daily grant Coins can still be acquired as usual.

3.6 Entrustment to Business Contractors

The Company may outsource part of its business to external parties for the provision, operation, and improvement of the Service. In such cases, the Company may entrust personal information to contractors within the necessary scope. In such cases, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the security management of personal information at the contractors.

4. About Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

4.1 IDFA Acquisition for iOS 14.5 and Later

For iOS 14.5 and later, explicit consent from users is required to acquire IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). In the Service, for advertisement delivery, a "tracking permission" popup is displayed at the first launch.

  • If "Allow" is selected: IDFA is used to optimize advertisement delivery.
  • If "Don't Allow" is selected: IDFA is not acquired, but advertisement delivery itself continues.

4.2 Relationship between Coin Management and IDFA

IDFA is not used for Coin management. Coin balance and acquisition/usage history are managed by Device ID (device-specific identifier).

5. Security Management of Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures for the security management of personal information to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information:

  • Organizational security management measures
  • Human security management measures
  • Physical security management measures
  • Technical security management measures

6. Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company stores personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use or the period specified by laws and regulations. Personal information that has passed the retention period is appropriately deleted or anonymized.

The Company will respond to requests from users within a reasonable period. However, this does not apply when disclosure is not permitted by laws and regulations.

8. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

The Service currently does not use cookies. However, we may use them in the future. In that case, we will update this Policy and notify users.

9. Handling of Personal Related Information

Among the information collected by the Company, device ID, advertisement viewing history, etc. constitute "personal related information" under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (2020 amendment). The Company appropriately manages this information and handles it in accordance with this Policy.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Company may change this Policy as necessary. When this Policy is changed, users will be notified through notification within the Service or other methods deemed appropriate by the Company. The changed Policy shall become effective from the time it is displayed within the Service, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of this Policy shall be governed by Japanese law. The Sendai District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from or related to the Service or this Policy between users and the Company.
